We are passionate about
taking care of your animals

Within a farming community, situated in the heart of rural Pembrokeshire, I grew up surrounded by all manner of animals. Things were simpler back then, and I can still remember how to milk a cow by hand, ride a pony bareback at speed, and prepare a hearty, warm, bran mash for a hungry Welsh pony! I also remember seeing the first bags of horse and pony nuts coming into production – now it seems, we have a product, specifically designed to suit every shape and size.

I love all kinds of
furry and feathered friends

… and have kept horses, cows, sheep, dogs (big and small), chickens, ducks, and I’m sure there was a mouse or two, along the way too! Apart from running my own transport company (hauling anything from steel, products from feed mills, to tractors & machinery!), I’ve always had a house, yard, and park full of animals. I had around a dozen horses when running my own livery/western ranch in Aberdeenshire – then left to become a musher in the wilds of Scandinavia (for 5 years) with twenty Huskies, four Jack Russell’s, and one Collie-dog (oh, and a husband too, but he is bottom of the list).

Returning to the
Northeast of Scotland

… I brought home a similar number of huskies and managed to find my old appaloosa horse – which helped me settle back in. I also brought back my extensive knowledge of nutrition and feed (for pet or working animals), so when the opportunity arose, it seemed a good move to take over Moray Animal Feeds in October 2022. With help and support from friends and the local community, I am starting to develop the business – so watch this space.

Feel free to contact me if you are struggling to find the right feed product for your stock or pet, I am sure together, we will be able to find the right choice for you.
