1. Contract for Sale of Goods and/or Services
1.1 A contract will be deemed to exist between the owners and operators of this website and any duly authorised purchaser at the point in time that the owners and operators of this website transmit a confirmation email to the purchaser.
1.2 The order submitted by any purchaser is deemed to be an offer to purchase products within the order itself. Acceptance occurs at the point in time that the owners and operators of this website transmit the aforementioned confirmation email to the purchaser.
1.3 Any products that may have been ordered by a purchaser but which are not included in the confirmation email transmitted from the owners and operators of this website shall be deemed not to be a part of any contract.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Returns
2.1.1 You have the right to return non-perishable goods within 14 working days of receiving your delivery, provided that the products are unopened and in their original condition. This return policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.1.2 To initiate a return, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. The cost of return shipping is to be covered by you.
2.1.3 Please note that we can only accept returns for non-perishable products. Returns for fresh or frozen products are not accepted.
2.1.4 Special orders cannot be returned after they have been delivered unless they fall under category 2.2.1
2.2 Damaged Products
2.2.1 In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at 07833 898165 or via email at mafeedsinfo@gmail.com Provide us with an image of the damaged product, along with your Order Number and a description of the issue. If the damage is due to factors beyond your control, we will either replace or refund the affected item(s).
2.3 Cancellations
2.3.1 You have the right to cancel your order up to 1 day of the date of delivery.
3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery Area
3.1.1 We deliver our products to customers within a 40-mile radius of MA Feeds, located at 9 Westerton Road South, Keith, Moray, AB55 5FH.
3.1.2 We display a delivery area map on our website at https://morayanimalfeeds.co.uk/delivery/ to provide a visual representation of the regions we serve.
3.1.3 We will provide a cost for delivery and an invoice for payment for goods and delivery within 24 hours of receipt of order.
3.1.4 No deliveries will be made until full payment has been received.
3.2 Right to Refuse Delivery
3.2.1 We reserve the right to refuse delivery to areas located outside of our designated delivery area, which is limited to the 40-mile radius specified in section 2.1.1.
3.2.2 Customers placing orders for delivery outside of our designated delivery area may be notified that we are unable to fulfill their order. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate this to the customer.

3.3 Responsibility for Receipt of Deliveries
3.3.1 We cannot accept responsibility for packages AFTER delivery has taken place, even if delivery is late.

5. Pricing and Availability of Products and Services
5.1 The owners and operators of this website shall make their best efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information about product and/or service availability on this website. Furthermore, the images supplied on the product description pages are merely an example of the product available, and the actual product you receive upon delivery may vary from this image.
5.2 As any order is processed, the purchaser shall be advised of any products and/or services that are determined to be unavailable with all deliberate speed.
5.3 The owners and operators of this website endeavor always to ensure that product and/or pricing is accurate at all times. Should a product and/or service be incorrectly priced for one reason or another, the owners and operators will do as follows:
a. If the product’s price is lower than that advertised on the website, the product will be sold to the purchaser at the lower price.
b. If the product’s price is higher than that advertised on the website, the purchaser shall have the option of purchasing the product at the higher price or shall have the option of rejecting the same.
Minors
You must be over the age of eighteen years in order to purchase products and/or services from this website.
6. Ingredient & Nutritional Information Disclaimer
6.1 Please note that while we take every care to ensure the product information displayed on our website is correct, product recipes are regularly changed and this may affect nutrition and allergen information. Therefore, you should always check product labels and not rely solely on the information presented on the website.

All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications will be transmitted to you electronically. 10. Events and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
10.1 The owners and operators of this website will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

11.1 We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion. In the case of canceled orders, you will not incur any charges. Additionally, we may refuse access to the website at our sole discretion.

12.1 We are committed to maintaining uninterrupted access to our website. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free transmissions due to the inherent nature of the internet.
12.2 Temporary suspension of website access for maintenance and service may occur, but such interruptions will be limited in duration.
