As well as fat and protein, black sunflower seeds contain fibre, calcium, vitamins A, B and E, iron, and potassium, so they really give wild birds a boost. We include Black Oil Sunflower Seeds in many of our blends, but we also provide them as individual food items that you can supplement blends with as well.
